This item is pretty cool find, this is a  NOS (New Old Stock) Flange Sign. The signs says "Pump Price Per 1/2 Gallon To Comply With The Temporary Emergency Procedures, This Pump Indicates Price Per One Half Gallon. The Total Dollar And Cent Value To Be Paid By Consumer Shall Be Two Times The Actual Amount Indicated On The Pump". On the bottom of the sign it says "MAY ADV BOX 2082 FT WORTH TEX". The sign may be NOS but it has its some wear from over the years, there are some blemishes, rust, and scratches. I tried to take as many pictures as i could of both sides. Some of might be able to clean off/up. Sign measures out at 18 inches x 18 inches.
