Levis 646-0917 Original 1970's Improved Shrinkage Bell Bottom Jeans 34X33

I purchased these new at Mervin's department store for .00 a pair, as shown on the sales tag. They have been in storage ever since.
"Dura Plus, 64% cotton/36% poly. Less shrinkage, fewer wrinkles, greatly improved fabric strength, soft, natural feel and comfort, genuine Levi's indigo blue color fades with every washing."
I think they might have been manufactured in the late 70's (the tag suggests 1978). For you purists, there is the tiny, hidden care label sewn into the seam that nobody ever sees that indicates post 1971 manufacture. Single stitching on the outside of the thigh seam, thus pre-1982, I think. 40-50 years old. Orange tag.
And they are bells!
I'd wear them myself, but somehow I can't fit in them anymore. What happened?
If they are not what they appear in the photos and as I have presented, I will gladly take them back and refund your money. Then I will sell them for more than you paid.
Or you could do that. Your choice.
