    Description

    Here is a nice set of seven metal "tip trays" advertising Old Angus Blended Scotch Whisky.  The corresponding print campaign with the same graphics seems to have started in 1938, so I imagine these trays are from around that time as well.
    The text reads:  WE RECOMMEND OLD ANGUS A NOBLE SCOTCH "Gentle as a Lamb", and in fine print along the bottom:  EIGHT YEARS OLD -86 PROOF-NATIONAL DISTILLERIES PRODUCT CORP.  N.Y.C.
    Condition is good to very good, with minor scuffing and paint loss and some residue spots.  Backsides are generally in better shape.   Only one tray has a dent.  Others are all undented.
    Trays measure 6"x 3.75".
