Shipping damage
In case of damage to the contents of a shipment, the complete packaging (outer and inner, as well as additional packaging material) must be kept until the claim has been settled.
In case of damage, please take a photo of the entire packaging material including the items that are damaged, the photos send us these we need for the complaint.
You can also inform FedEx directly about the shipping damage. FedEx then makes the complaint with them.
Damage must be reported no later than 21 calendar days after delivery of the consignment by the consignor or consignee.
