Vintage Potter Distillery Porcelain Figural Clydesdale Horse Whiskey Decanter

This is a vintage bisque porcelain figural whiskey decanter from Potter Distilleries Ltd in Canada.  It features a black tobiano pinto Clydesdale horse in harness on a base.  About 8 3/4" tall x 9 1/2" long x 3 1/4" wide.  I believe Potter Distilleries was founded in 1978.  This was made in Japan.  Empty.  The left ear tip is chipped off (piece included) & there's a small chip at the base of the neck (stopper).  Part of the cork is still present, part of it appears to have dropped into the base.  The head stopper does not stay in place (falls off) & will need help attaching it securely.  Don't know if it's missing an O-ring or something similar.  The original packaging is worn & damaged, but functional.  Rare.  P
